You're Invited!

Whether February feels like it’s flying, flopping, or floating by, we’re entering that shoulder season between winter and spring. You may love (or dread) the mix of warm weather with the promise of spring (and mud) and the sudden bout of cold that brings more snow (and ice).

Either way, there is no better way to shake off the winter doldrums than with a DANCE PARTY! Join us this Friday evening (Feb. 20th) at the Munson to move your body to the beat with the Packing Shed. We are grateful to Teresa Jones and her band who are returning with even more danceable tunes.

Even More Ways to Participate

Please help us to spread the word to new and prospective parents: we’re offering a new 4-week daytime series on Tuesdays at 10 AM.

Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga begins on Tuesday, February 24th at 10 AM at the Amherst Woman’s Club.

And, for those who want an evening offering, join Diana and Liz for Yin Yoga, also on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM.

Yin Yoga with Diana and Liz begins on Tuesday, February 24th at 6:30 PM at the Munson Library.

Introduce a friend or partner to yoga with Erin’s monthly offering of Partner Yoga the last Friday of the month (Feb 27 and Mar 27). The partner yoga class begins at 6:00 PM at the Munson Library.

Read on for more workshops, classes and events - offered freely and open to all.

Please come and take part in a brief 30-minute introduction to some of our everyday practices: meditation, breathwork, yoga, and qigong. Online Offerings

One of the many delights of an in-person daily yoga practice is the growing community connection and engagement among participants. The hum of chatter before and after class is literally food for the soul. Still there are times when you might not want to venture out. See our website for many online options for yoga, meditation, pain relief, and mindfulness.
