Everyday Wellbeing's mission is to make vibrant wellbeing accessible to all by providing donation-based classes, workshops, and events that empower people to live their healthiest lives.

    5-College Bunker, Military Rd, Amherst, MA 01002, USA
    Park along Military Road just north of the Notch Visitor Center. We'll walk a gently rolling loop along the Triple B Trail to the Low Place (on the range ridgeline). Then we'll head back along a slightly lower trail. Approximately 3 (easy) miles.

    A gentle, standing practice that uses slow, meditative movements, deep breathing, self-massage, and meditation to cultivate Qi, life force energy produced by the body for health and healing at no cost.
