With Gratitude, We Carry This Forward

Reflecting on 2025 and stepping into a new year of accessible wellbeing

Dear Everyday Wellbeing Community,

As the year draws to a close, we want to take a quiet moment to say thank you — for showing up, giving, and believing in this shared vision of accessible, community-based wellbeing.

Because of you, 2025 has been a year of growth and connection. Together, we’ve:✨ Offered donation-based classes everyday, and workshops that helped people find calm, strength, and belonging.🌿 Expanded our volunteer and board leadership to better serve our growing community.🌟 Continued laying the groundwork to carry this mission forward into 2026 and beyond.

If you’re planning to make a year-end gift, there’s still time — and there are many ways to give:

🌱 Through your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF):

recommend a grant to Everyday Wellbeing.

🤝 With a corporate match:

check if your employer doubles charitable gifts.

💌 By mail: mail a check to

Everyday Wellbeing, Inc.

5 Edgewood Terrace

Hadley, MA 01035

Every dollar you give before midnight on December 31 fuels connection, movement, and accessible wellbeing for the year ahead.

Thank you for being part of this extraordinary community. Your generosity sustains not just our programs — it sustains the spirit of care, presence, and belonging that defines Everyday Wellbeing.

With deepest gratitude,

The Board of Everyday Wellbeing

A Note on Illness

As we move into winter, we want to name something important. As you likely know, there is currently an uptick in flu and other seasonal illnesses.

To help care for one another—especially those who are immunocompromised or more vulnerable—we ask that you please:

  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell, even if symptoms feel mild

  • Wear a mask if you are recovering from an illness or feeling unsure

  • Listen to your body and err on the side of rest and care

We know it can be disappointing to miss a class or event, but staying home when sick is a powerful act of community care. Your presence matters—and so does your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of those around you.

Thank you for helping us keep Everyday Wellbeing spaces as safe, welcoming, and nourishing as possible for all.
