This is the same presentation presented for Amherst Neighbors via Zoom on April 3, 2025, but it's a chance to see it again (or for the first time) in a live, in-person format. The workshop will include a presentation, time for Q & A, and opportunities to try the exercises, tips and strategies to improve your balance and reduce the risk of falling.

Linda Castronovo is a retired Amherst public school teacher, an exercise physiologist, and long-time Kripalu yoga teacher. For the past ten years, she has organized free, donation-based daily yoga at Andrews Greenhouse and the Munson Library in South Amherst. She now helps to coordinate the offerings of Everyday Wellbeing, a nonprofit committed to making vibrant wellbeing accessible to all by providing free, donation-based classes, workshops, and events that empower people to live their healthiest lives.
She offers Yoga for Bone Health on Sunday mornings at the Munson Library 8:00 - 9:00 AM. Free and open to all.
