About the event
We'll gradually warm-up with guided stretching. Then, with music from around the world, we'll pick up the pace and dance, dance, dance. Tiffany will offer invitations for the group to move together, and there will also be ample time for free expression.
No dance experience is required, just a desire to move your body to the beat!
ALL are welcome!! Make it a great Friday evening!
No pre-registration is required, but it will be nice to know you are coming!
