About the event
Real-world mindfulness is the practice of systematically building skills that disrupt our default patterns—those automatic reactions that keep us stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected from what matters. Unlike traditional meditation that requires stepping away from life, this approach weaves mindfulness into your actual moments: between meetings, during conflicts, while parenting, in the midst of deadlines. It's not about finding peace on a cushion but creating skillful responses when life gets messy.
This monthly circle brings together changemakers, professionals, and seekers who are done waiting for the "perfect" time to transform their lives. Each month we focus on a specific skill—like disrupting autopilot with awareness or replacing inner judgment with self-compassion. You'll receive practical micro-practices (30 seconds to 5 minutes) that rewire your responses, plus deeper practices to see and shift longstanding patterns. Our bi-monthly live sessions turn your real challenges into our curriculum.
Can't make it live? Everything's recorded. This isn't about becoming a better version of yourself—it's about returning to who you already are beneath the patterns that no longer serve you. When we transform our defaults, we don't just change our own lives; the ripples reach our families, communities, and the world we're creating together.
