About the event

Qigong Infused Yoga™ harmoniously merges the grace of Gentle Yoga with the profound energy cultivation of Qigong. Together, they are effective in alleviating anxiety and chronic pain.

The practice is also a way to ground and bring in life energy from the earth and universe, connecting us with something bigger than ourselves and our human tendency to worry.

In the realm of Qigong, Qi and Prana are not just terms; they are synonymous pulsations of life energy. Reflect for a moment on what propels your heart to beat, your blood to flow, and the tiny seedlings evolving into towering trees. Consider the miraculous journey from embryo to the present moment. What orchestrates this grand symphony of growth? Is life, in all its mystery, connected to Chi?

Even if the intricacies of Chi remain elusive, we are undeniably connected to the tapestry of life, to the radiant sun, and to the nurturing earth. Qigong acts as a bridge, guiding us back to this innate connection with nature. With each practice, we actively cultivate life energy, participating in the profound mystery of existence.

This practice serves as a powerful reminder that we are not separate from the natural world but an integral part of it. Through Qigong, we realign with the rhythms of nature...the water, the trees, the soft breezes in the air we breathe fostering a deep connection that transcends the ordinary. It is in this sacred space that we consciously cultivate life energy, rekindling our bond with the sun, the earth, and the very essence of life itself.  This is where healing happens.

As you practice Qigong, receive the benefits of two ancient mind/body practices and their potential to heal us on all levels.
