Celebrate the new year with an evening of joyful music and movement. Move your body with joy!

Join in the fun as we gradually warm-up with a handful of guided stretches.

Then, with music from around the world, we'll pick up the pace and dance, dance, dance.

Diana will offer invitations for the group to move together, and there will also be ample time for free expression.

No dance experience is required, just a desire to move your body to the beat!
