Maybe you've read or heard about the research-backed benefits of meditation.
Maybe you know you SHOULD sit in silence for a few minutes every day.
Maybe you've been wanting to start a personal meditation practice, but it's difficult to hold yourself accountable.
No more "shoulding" on yourself.
Here is your chance to begin the new year grounded, focused, and supported.
Every day, during the month of January, we'll meet online via zoom (7:05 - 7:25 AM).
You'll be guided into a short period of practice and invited to sit in silence in the comfort of your own home, but still in the company of others. We'll end the online session with the opportunity to spend a few minutes journaling or setting an intention for the day, and you'll still have time to get to in-person yoga at the Munson Library.
Regular meditation has been shown to:
