About the event
June is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Awareness Month.
Join this confidence-building workshop so you can be prepared in case of an emergency.
There is no test or certification provided. This is a no-pressure environment to build awareness.
During this month, organizations and individuals promote the importance of learning CPR and using automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to save lives in cases of sudden cardiac arrest.
The goal of CPR Awareness Month is to raise awareness about the critical role CPR and AEDs play in emergency situations and empower individuals to take action to save lives.
Space is limited to 20 participants.
Wear comfortable clothing as we will practice on the floor and tables.
Optional...bring a notebook to take notes.
