Participant Liability Waiver

This is a standard legal document that outlines the inherent risks involved in participation in an activity. As a growing organization, we need to follow the customary precautions to protect our participants, teachers, volunteers, and board members.

It takes less than 3 minutes to scan the QR code (or click the link) to read and complete the Participant Liability Waiver (just once per year).
