Everyday Wellbeing's mission is to make vibrant wellbeing accessible to all by providing donation-based classes, workshops, and events that empower people to live their healthiest lives.

    Want to start (or restart) a meditation practice? We meet online every morning for a mostly silent practice period. It's a great way to start your day with just the right amount of accountability and community. Everyone is welcome!

    A Kripalu Yoga practice that blends gentle to moderate, breath-led movement with mindful awareness to create a moving meditation. This class will end a few minutes early so that UMASS students can present the completed storage cabinet.
