Midlife is a wild ride and no one gives you a map. Hormones shift, energy dips, body composition changes, and sleep becomes a cruel joke. Nutrition and wellness in midlife isn’t about dieting harder or pushing through fatigue, contrary to what we have been taught. Let's learn to work with your body instead of constantly fighting it. Caring for yourself during this time can lead to more strength, stability, better moods, and a deeper sense of peace in your own skin.

This session will pull back the curtain on what the heck is actually happening in your body during midlife. We’ll break down the changes in hormones, metabolism, and muscle mass, and talk about what you actually need to thrive, no fad diets, no shame. You’ll leave with real-life strategies for fueling your body, protecting your bones and muscles, improving energy and sleep, and ditching the crazy amount wellness noise that’s been making you feel like you’re doing it all wrong.

Participants may benefit by bringing a notebook and writing utensil for notetaking.

Pre-registration is not required, but it would be great to know you are coming.
