This is a slow flow yoga class that is inclusive and accessible to all. Most classes include a variety of asanas (postures) that help students develop an awareness of being embodied, increase strength, improve balance, and grow flexibility of body and mind. Once grounded in breath and movement, students leave feeling refreshed and ready to meet the demands of daily life.



Molly Terrill is an E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, and an Embodyoga® 500-hour certified instructor. She is also certified to teach Prenatal Yoga.

 

Molly earned her 200 and 500-hour certificates through the Embodyoga® school at Yoga Center Amherst.

 

She currently serves on the faculty of the Wellness Department at Amherst College, and teaches at Serenity Yoga & Wellness. 

 

Molly holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College, and is a former professional dancer. Her creative work has been performed and published in the U.S., Canada and Ireland.
